After graduating with a BA degree in Psychology from the University of Iceland I attended the University of Illinois at Urbana - Champaign where I completed an MA degree and a PhD degree in Educational Psychology.
After finishing my education I have taught at all school levels and worked as a school psychologist and a school counselor.
